Mussels Amalfitana   

One pound of candadian black mussels sauteed in garlic butter with fresh marinated tomatoes and fresh basil. Served with garlic crustini. 

 

Burratta   

A creamier form of fresh mozzarella. Served with pesto, aioli and cherry tomatoes. Garnished with arugala and balsamic reduction 

 

 

Bruschetta A La Visani   

Four garlic crostinis, garlic, marinated tomatoes, diced roasted red peppers, drizzled with balsamic reduction and shredded parmesean.

 

 

Pan Seared Scallops  

3 sea scallops pan seared golden brown. Served over our bacon and corn cream sauce and finished with fresh chives. 

Steak and Arugula Salad 

Fresh sirloin grilled to tempature then thinly sliced served with mixed greens, arugula, red onion, candied pecans, sliced radish and parmigiano cheese. Finished with a dijion mustard and citrus vinaigrette 

 

Blackened Caesar Salad  

Chef blackens your choice of salmon, shrimp or chicken served over romaine lettuce with caesar dressing.

ENTREES

Chicken Parmegiana 
LIghtly breaded boneless chicken breast topped with our homemade marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of Linguine 

Shrimp Oreganata 
8 shrimp sauteed in olive oil with fresh garlic, oregano, fresh basil and marinated diced tomatoes served over linguine pasta and finished with seasoned bread crumbs

 

Porter House Pork Chop Au Poive
12oz porterhouse bone in pork chop grilled over hickory wood and topped with our homemade black peppercorn brandy cream sauce.Served with redskin garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.

Bacon Sirloin Gorgonzola 
6oz sirloin medallion wrapped in hickory smoked bacon grilled to perfection then topped with sauteed mushroom and finished with our homemade marsala wine sauce. Served with garlic mash potatoes and vegetable du jour. 
 

Clams Venetian
1 pound of little neck clams sauteed in olive oil with fresh garlic, parsley and marinated diced tomatoes. Served over linguine pasta. 

Chicken Ala Vodka
Boneless chicken breast breaded with panko breadcrumbs lightly fried and finished with our homemade tomatoe cream sauce served over angel hair pasta.

 

Skirt Steak Chimichurri
10oz upper choice skirt steak marinated in a mojo citrus & grilled. Topped with chimichurri pesto. Served with black beans, rice, & vegetable. 

Grilled Salmon
Fresh wild caught salmon filet seasoned and grilled on our hickory wood grill  topped with our homemade garlic butter sauce. Served with rice pilaf and vegetable du jour 


 

Eggplant Parmegiana
Freshly sliced eggplant battered, breaded and lightly fried. Topped with marinara and melted mozzzarella cheese served with a side of linguine 

Chicken Ala Visani 
Lightly breaded and fried chicken breast topped with ham and mozzarella baked to perfection then finished with our homemade alfredo sauce. Served over linguine and topped with a marinated diced tomato garnish. 

STEAKS

All of our steaks are Upper Choice Black Angus Steaks, hand cut fresh daily. They are then charbroiled over our wood-burning Hickory grill with our secret blend of herbs and spices. Served with vegetable du jour and choice of rice pilaf, mashed potatoes or baked potato. All steaks are Market Priced daily.
